Klavs.net - GWAR - Lust In Space (cd review)

Musically, this new GWAR album doesn't sound too far from Beyond Hell from 2006. It has a rather heavy sound for our favourite aliens and sometimes you wish they had spent a little more time working on the melodies. Instead we get some funny lyrics from the GWAR universe of Gods and Wars and Sex and Drugs and then we get some aggressive music. And you know what, that's okay too.

Let Us Slay is probably the song with the most single potential, I liked it instantly when they played it at this summer's Wacken Open Air festival in Germany.

We've Got No Time For Your Crippled Christ

The Überlords and Masters even took the time to sign my pre-ordered copy, and as a thank you and a sign of appreciation I've just joined their new fanclub as a Gwarrior or have I signed up as a slave? (I'm not quite sure). Anyway, it's called "Total Slavery Fan Club".
